Top NFT projects on the Polygon network (Matic)
More and more projects are migrating over from Ethereum to layer 2 solutions like Polygon. In this post we will list some of the top NFT projects already live on Polygon.
Arkane network

Arkane network provides tools in the form of a JavaScript SDK for interacting with several blockchains. With their tools you can easily interact with blockchains by creating different assets such as normal fungible (ERC20) tokens and also non-fungible tokens such as ERC721 and ERC1155. You can also transfer tokens and interact with wallets.
Besides tooling, Arkane network also provides a NFT market where you can buy and sell NFT’s.

Opensea

Opensea advertises themselves as a decentralized marketplace for digital goods such as NFT’s. This includes collectibles, gaming items, digital art and other digital assets that can be tokenised on blockchains such as Ethereum. According to their website they claim to currently be the largest marketplace for goods such as those described above.
Because of the decentralized nature of the marketplace no central authority can intervene or hold custody of your items at any point in time.

MurAll

MurAll is a pretty unique project that enables artists from all around the world to collaboratively paint onto an ever evolving piece of art. To be able to draw onto the giant canvas you need to pay with their native token PAINT. Each PAINT token allows you to draw 2 pixels on the canvas. As of writing this post each PAINT token is worth $0.00156307.
Once an artist has finished their part of the painting on the giant canvas — they will receive a NFT of their drawing that is forever immortalised on the blockchain.

BoughtThe.top

BoughtThe.top launched just a couple of days ago on April 8 2021 16:00 UTC. This project automatically scans the blockchain to find rare events, and when it finds one — it mints an NFT for that event. Scanning through their app it seems like many of these events currently are addresses that have bought coins at the top or at the bottom price of an asset on Uniswap. Owners of the addresses responsible for these historic events are able to claim this event as an NFT and trade it with others on opensea.io
